Nancy, Pam, Alan and Scott,
On behalf of my mother, Isabelle, I am writing to extend our heartfelt condolences on your loss. Wanda and Mom continued to share phone calls even after Wanda moved away. They always meant so much to her. We wanted to come for the calling hours that day but Mom was not up to it. It is sad to think that Mom is the last of the card club ladies, at age 91. Again, our sympathy in your loss,

My condolences to the entire family. I did not know Wanda personally, but I wish I had. One can never be prepared for such a loss, but with faith, love, and friendship, the path continues forward until we are all united once more.

Nancy, Al, Pam, and Scott- our parents shared a great friendship and we have many fond memories of our times together. My favorite memory of your Mom is how whenever she brought a cake to a picnic, there was always a corner missing where she had sampled it. It seemed like a good idea to me and I still do it today! She was such a fun person. We will be away on the 28th and not able to see you then but our thoughts and prayers will be there.

The last of "The Notorious Card Club" to pass. I always loved Wanda.....she always knew the latest that was happening in our little town. And I recall all the vacations spent together in the Adirondacks......watching the bears as they roamed through the local dump, Christmases, and so much more. Wanda and Keith were dear friends of my parents, Madelyn and Ray Hathaway. Wanda was one of my mothers best friends. After my mother and Keith died, Wanda and my Dad would take day trips together, until Wanda left to move to CT. several times he would say he was sorry to see hear leave. It is such a sad event to go through, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are so sorry to hear of Aunt Wanda's passing. She was a sweet, sunny person and always delightful to spend time with.

Pam, Scott, Al, and Nancy - Your mother was one of the nicest people ever. She was warm and funny, just a pleasure to sit and talk with. I will always remember the good times at Christmas, in the Adirondacks, and at Laurel Lake with our families together. Am thinking of you all, and of the friendship we shared. Lisa Lillie Davies

It's so sad to see the end of my parents Keystone family era. Keith & Wanda Hartz, Hank & Jeaner Otto, Al & Jane Torr and my parents Fred & Romayne Washburn. They were all such close friends for all those years.I remember many fun times with these folks and there children at Wrighter Lake, Pa. Our sincere condolences to Wanda's family .

Wanda was such a great gal with a big heart and loving spirit. I know you will miss her every day. Try to emulate that wonderful Hartz outpouring of kindness to others and you can't go wrong.

Aunt Wanda and Uncle Keith were two of my favorite people. I'll always remember Aunt Wanda's very positive and outgoing personality. My sincere condolences for your loss.

Wanda was an amazing lady whose company I always enjoyed. My mother cherished Wanda's visits and the times they spent traveling.
