To the family, My prayers and deepest sympathy to you during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of meeting Elder Saunders during his time at Friendship Baptist Church! Such a nice and encouraging spirit! He will be missed! God's peace and strength!

Rodney & Joy, I am so sorry for your loss. Although I didn't know your father, I know how it feels to lose a father. Stay strong, lean on each other and trust in GOD.

Jehovah actually hates death and he views it as an enemy, 1Corinthians 15:26. Mr. Saunders made a HUGE impact with in my walk with the Lord. He even was a part of my wedding. He was a loving man that would "set you straight and love ya" as he had that gift from the Lord.

God has TRULY gained a precious soul. He will have a NEW BODY with a "boatload" of jewels in his crown.
