Whenever I think of Roscoe, a smile comes to my face. The smile reflects the humor he shared and the many memories of his life. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family!

What a character he was! Always fooling around and making jokes, followed by lots of laughs...to have all of you together to hear your stories of a kinder, simpler time, will be etched in my memories and I'm pretty sure my Mom, your sister, Hazel, will be talking some politics and passing that silly $3 bill back to you!😉.Love to all who was blessed to know him...

So sorry to hear my Uncle Roscoe has passed he will be missed.I had lots of great memories of my uncle love him dearly.Lots of prayers for his wife and family.
