Guestbook for Susan A. Calabro Showing 1 - 3 of 3 entries.

I met Susan when our girls where 3 years old and Jenilee was the first friend she made on her own. I have wonderful memories of those days with Susan having coffee and lots of play dates and watching our families grow. We would talk about all the different stages the kids were going through and shared in watching them achieve their milestones. She taught me how to take care and love dogs which I had a fear of for years. I had the honor of taking care of her precious Piper when she would go on vacation and it amazed me how devoted the dog was to her. Susan had a special love of dogs and I think this was her real talent. She loved her family and her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She was a very special person who never felt sorry for herself despite having to deal with this illness and treatment for all these years. She inspired me for her perseverance and to value each day of life.

To the Calabro family,

I am heartfully sorry about Sue passing. She was a beautiful person and a pillar of strength. I knew Sue through the school district and we worked together for a very long time. She loved her family and lived for her children and grandchildren. She was a kind person and I enjoyed knowing her and will always treasure the memories I have of her. Her love and devotion to animals was indicative of the kind of person she was. God bless her in heaven and I will continue to pray for her entire family and for her eternal peace. To know her was to love her...
