My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Parthum family. I have been out of town and the Fort Bend Hearld is mailed to my house, therefore news is always days late. I heard about Richard's death just this afternoon. I am so sorry that I was unable to attend to his funeral. Your family has lost a true gentleman and I had the highest respect for him. May he rest in peace and may God bless your family always.

I am so sorry to hear about Richard's passing. My deepest sympathy to each of you. Richard and my dad were such close friends when they worked together at the post office. He had a heart of gold and I will ever be grateful when he was with us when our dad passed away. He is up in heaven with Clara together again. May God give you strength at this time.

My heart is full of sadness to hear the loss of a very close family friend. Randy and Michael I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. Mr. Richard will be missed very much. I will always be able to have the memories of the funny jokes he would tell and the many laughs I got out of his cartoon artwork. RIP Mr. Richard, I will see you again one day.
