I light this candle for Quiyim, because that's what he was in high school, a light to all and a joyous young man. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. We at Arts High love you Mr. Robinson. ❤

I was Quiyim's teacher at Arts High School. He had a tremendous good nature and personality. He brought sunshine into the classroom, and was a terrific student. I remember too that many people liked him. Rest in peace dear Quiyim, and I pray that your family is comforted at this time. It was a joy to know you.

I will always remember him as the little boy sitting next to the back of the bus, blowing kisses at me when the bus would stop at my house to drop off my brother from school (Branch Brook). He was lively and energetic. A sweetheart, smiling and laughing. He will definitely be missed.

I remember we met at five years old at Branch Brook School. You always were an inspiration to me, always smiling and laughing and joking around, in spite of everything you never were sad, it is great to have known you and you always took time to stop and talk. I will miss hearing you call out to me when you saw me, and Mom said you even remembered her and called out to her when you saw her. She said you were a good friend and wished we could have spent more time together. You were a strong person and I remember what we talked about the last time, I am and I will keep learning and never give up. We will miss you but you left a lot of good memories. Rest well bro.
