RIP Jo and condolences to her family. She was a good friend to us. Jo invited me onto the Aberdeen Board of Parks & Rec and into taking her place as Treasurer. 32 years later I'm still Treas. I also worked for a time at TECOM with her but in a different directorate. I'll always remember her as hard-working, level-headed, and fair. God bless.

I enjoyed the times I visited Jo & Judy at their home and she was a lovely women and a joy to speak to her and she came from the PA like I did in Western PA. I loved her stories about her federal government service and her neighbors.
