Evelyn was one of the sweetest, most gentle-hearted people I ever knew. Fifty-eight years ago she was my Sunday School teacher at the Sumas Advent Christian Church where she gave me my first Bible. Imagine my excitement as an 8-yr old child receiving my first Bible engraved with my own name! That was Evelyn, thoughtful, kind, giving. A blessing indeed. My sympathies to the Massey families at this time of loss.
