I am so very sorry to hear of Mike's death. I haven't seen him in many years, but remember him so well from our days living next door to you on Dellwood. He was always so nice and friendly to us, putting up with our antics with a grin and laugh. You know that you all have a special place in my heart forever and I am thinking of you with love and caring during this sad time.

February 2014, Mike sold my listing. I had a wonderful experience working with him. He was very professional, kind and just a very nice person. We talked several times during our transaction and I remember sharing with him my son had passed away. He was so wonderful. I knew he had a kind heart. I was saddened terribly when I saw today that he passed away with the same awful disease that took my son Michael. I remember telling him when he told me he has an offer on my listing that bc his name was Michael it was good luck bc my son's name was Michael too. I'm sorry we didn't have another transaction together but I will always remember Mike and I'm happy I got to know him as a person as well as a realtor. My deepest sympathy. Dolores welter
