Pam and David, I was in the Homemakers club with your Mom many years ago. We met your Dad through our many activities and parties. They were lovely people and will be missed.

To the Montgomery family;
I worked with Dave for more than two decades at SNET. He was a source of guidance and friendship all those years. After moving to Durham in 1978, Dave continued to be among my enjoyable friends with our memories at various town meetings, participants in the Memorial Day parade, a trip to the library or having a coffee on Main St. He will be missed.

I received news of David's death late this morning, He was a steadfast Christian, a strong believer in personal responsibility in American government and a good friend. I remember his passion in debates at town meetings and at South Congregational Church in Middletown when he was a member of the congregation there. Our world is a better place because David was among us. My condolences and wishes of peace and healing to his family and other friends. David will be missed.
