He was a man of character..sorry to hear of his passing.

I have many wonderful memories from my early childhood when we lived next to the Tipton families. I was always treated so nice by everyone and Noni & Fred and Ola & George treated me as if I was one of their own. Of course that may have been because I spent so much time over there! All of you have my sincere condolences with the passing of Fred.

I remember Fred as being a quiet, caring man. A hard working man, I was always amazed at what he was able to do. I always felt welcoms during our visits to the farm. He will no doubt be missed by all who loved him. I know Noni was waiting with open arms. God rest their souls.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Fred was a generous and caring man with a since of humor like no other. He will be missed.
