To the family! God has called this wonderful Angel home to be with him. There is no suffering there! Now she can rest and be whole! I am saddened to learn of Sandy's passing and extend my deepest sympathy to her family. I had the pleasure of knowing Sandy when we both worked at City Hall in Fredericksburg.
