To the friends and family of Mrs. Fennell,I did not personally meet you,but your sister Cheryl is a wonderful person,so I know that you were the same,God has called you to reside with him,he only calls the good people,so you are indeed blessed and highly favored,I pray that your family has the strength to threw this difficult time ,and draw strength from this less than happy occasion.
