Jackie Sue (Fowler) Solbach, 58, was called home by her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 4th 2019 while at home with her husband, sons, and sister by her side. After a courageous 18 year battle with cancer she is now free of pain.
Born in Tripoli, Libya, on July 20, 1960; she is the daughter of Sam & Jacqulyn Fowler. Jackie graduated high school from Satellite Beach, FL and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Individualized Study from George Mason University. Jackie had an incredible work ethic and a successful career serving in the federal government. But it was motherhood and being a grandmother (Nonna to her grandkids) that Jackie was most proud of. She loved fiercely and truly knew no limits to show that love. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by the lives of those she left behind,
Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Samuel J. Fowler. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 39 years, Joe; sons, Joseph (Hannah) and Michael (Ashley) Solbach; mom, Jacqulyn Fowler; brother, Sam; sisters, Pam (Tom) Eckert and Ann (Mark) Riceman; grandchildren, Selene, Clara, Alice, Katrina, Hudson, and Halle.
Designated memorials - Hospice (any local) or Fairfax West Infusion Center, (Dr. Heyer).
