SUMMITVILLE, IN- Carolyn S. Gerstorff, 75, Summitville, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018, in the Summit Convalescent Center following an extended illness.
Carolyn was born on March 29, 1942 in Anderson to Earl and Dorothy (King) Soales. She had worked at the Alexandria Bakery for 13 years and then in the cafeteria at Indiana Wesleyan University, retiring in 2004. Carolyn was a member of the Alexandria Church of God and the TOPS Club in Marion. She enjoyed her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings-David Sinclair, Charles Moore, Thomas Moore, Raymond Moore and Sharon Meador
Service honoring Carolyn’s life and legacy will take place at 1 pm on Thursday, January 11, 2018 in the Owens-Noffze Funeral Home, 1009 West Walnut Street, Summitville. Rev. Tom Malbone and Danny St. Clair will officiate. Interment will follow in Vinson Memorial Cemetery in Summitville.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 am prior to the services.
