Ann K. Schild ( nee Kish ), 90, died Sunday, July 16, 2017 at the Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack. Born in Jersey City, she lived in North Arlington for the past 32 years. She was a member of the Happy Senior Citizens and the Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W. Post # 4697 both of North Arlington. She was a member of the Sodality at Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Jersey City. Ann also volunteered her time as a cook for local homeless shelters.
She was the beloved wife of the late George A. Schild , the devoted mother of Kevin Schild and his wife Antionette, Darvin Schild and Dinneen Schild, the cherished grandmother of Todd Schild and his wife Robin, Timothy and Liam Kealy and the dear sister of Steve Kish. Funeral from the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Rd., North Arlington on Thursday, July 20th at 8:30 a.m. thence to Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 549 Bergen Ave., Jersey City for the Funeral Service at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 4-8 p.m. Parastas Service will start at 7 p.m.
