Carl Joseph Collins was born November 4, 1965 in Houma Louisiana to Rosalene Collins and Henry Collins, Sr.
Carl was raised in a Christian home and attended Center Union Missionary Baptist Church in Kyle, Texas.
After attending Hays High School in Kyle, Texas, Carl worked as a self-employed landscaper.
Carl was the father of one daughter, Shauntay Macklin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Collins, Sr. and brother Henry Collins, Jr.
Carl leaves to cherish his memory his mother Rosalene Collins; daughter Shauntay Macklin, sister Darlene Moore, brother Randy Collins, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
