Pamela Denise Satterfield was born on May 18, 1956 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, daughter of late Alma Rebecca Miller-Baker and former Councilman George Guishard Baker. She received her formal education in the Roselle Public School system where she was on the color guard in the track team.
Pamela was employed as a Sales Associate at Marshall and Target Stores in Linden, New Jersey. Throughout her career, she served in many positions in retail. Pamela loved assisting people to the best of her ability.
She was a warm hearted, generous, and proud person. Pamela liked the outdoors and enjoyed the beauty of nature by taking long walks. She loved fashion and was not afraid to be different. There is not a day that would go by that you did not see Pamela wearing her red lipstick and rosy cheeks to match.
On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, Pamela Denise Satterfield departed this life at her residence in Roselle, New Jersey at the age of 60.
She leaves to cherish fond memories, her two children: Kevin Baker and wife, Shaleekah of Rahway, NewJersey, and Hope Noel Satterfield of Linden, New Jersey; one brother; Ivan Baker and wife, Kim of Rahway, New Jersey; one nephew, Anthony Baker and wife, Natalie of Brownstown, Michigan; one niece, Ashleigh Baker of Augusta, Georgia; six grandchildren: Sha Teisye Baker, Jahaad Settle, Jailyn Sawyer, Kevin Baker, Jr., Keymoni Aliyah Harden, and Christian Aaron Cleveland; one great-granddaughter, Gabrielle Baker; and many dear relatives and friends.
