GOSHEN -
YOUNG – Donna Young, 60, passed away unexpectedly in a motor vehicle accident on her birthday Saturday, April 22, 2017. Born on April 22, 1957 in Sharon; the daughter of the late William H. Ostrander and Elizabeth (Jespersen) Ostrander.
Donna was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend and those who knew her loved her. She had just suffered the lost of her dad on April 9, 2017.
She is survived by a son, Daniel Poetzsch and wife Crystal will whom she lived; two brothers, Stephen Ostrander and Christopher Ostrander, both of Torrington; 3 grandchildren, Alexis, Kaden and Landon; and many friends. She also leaves her beloved animals, three dogs, Faith, Bear and Sinbad and two cats, Squeakie and Patches.
Burial will be held with her Father's service on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Colebrook Center Cemetery, Colebrook at 11 AM. Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted has care of the arrangements. Visit an online guestbook at Montano-shea.com.
