Angela Michelle Jefferson was born on June 14, 1981 in Newark, New Jersey. God had blessed her parents, John and Alberta with this beautiful chocolate bundle of joy.
She was educated in the Plainfield Public School system.
In her youth, Angela was a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Roselle, New Jersey where she sang with the Junior choir, served as a Junior Usher, and was a member of the Youth Praise Dance team.
Angela was an outgoing person who never met a stranger.
Angela departed this life on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey in the presence of her family, as her loving mother held her hand as she lost her brave and valiant fight to Breast Cancer.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents: John and Adlene Durham; and paternal grandparents: John and Geneva Jefferson.
She leaves to cherish fond memories, her two loving children, Kinay'za Jefferson-Thomas and Al'Jon Jefferson both of Dunellen, New Jersey; devoted parents: John A. and Alberta Jefferson of Dunellen, New Jersey; two supportive brothers: Andrew D. Jefferson of Elizabeth, New Jersey and Jaquan A. Jefferson of Dunellen, New Jersey; two cousins that grew up with her as brothers, Emmanuel and Miguel Pereyra of Dunellen, New Jersey; godmother, Mrs. Clarine Hamilton; special friend and caregiver: Loretta Bowe; three nieces: Myecia Jefferson, Imani Jefferson and Kayla Jefferson of Elizabeth, New Jersey; one special cousin who was like a sister, Mrs. Ernestine Price of Somerset, New Jersey; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
