Elvera A. Kaiser, age 89 of Randolph, died Thursday March 16, 2017 at Colonial Manor of Randolph. She was born on February 17, 1928 at Randolph, Nebraska the daughter of Frank and Othilia (Meyer) Winkelbauer. In 1946 Elvera graduated from St. Frances Catholic High School at Randolph.

On May 17, 1948 Elvera married James Paul "Pat" Kaiser at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church at Randolph, the couple made their home in Randolph. She employed as a Telephone Operator at Northwestern Bell in Randolph and as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Peebles and for Dr. DeNayer Dental office in Randolph. She was a lifelong member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church at Randolph, Parish Council of Catholic Women and Christian Mothers.

Elvera's hobbies include a seamstress; crocheting; bowling; golfing; fishing; family vacations at Fairfield Bay, Arkansas; playing bridge with friends; baking cinnamon rolls, cookies and bread.

Survivors are her 4 children Doug and Roxann Kaiser of Mound, MN; Jan and Lenny Butterfield of Norfolk; Mark and Kathy Kaiser of Omaha; Nancy and Bruce Lindquist of Humboldt, IA; 17 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; Special Friend Donna Laurence of Randolph; 1 Brother Louis and Irene Winkelbauer of Summers, IA; 2 Sisters Doris Kuhl of Omaha; Mary Ann Van Slyke of Nampa, ID.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 60 years James "Pat" in 2008; 1 son Pat in 2015; 1 Great Grandchild Blake Goodell; 6 Brothers Gail, Raymond, Sylvester, Vincent, Arnold, David; 3 Sisters LaVern, Florentine and Rita.

Interment: St. Frances Cemetery – Randolph, NE

Visitation: 1 - 4 P.M. with 1 P.M. Christian Mothers Rosary and 3:30 P.M. Christian Wake Service all SUNDAY at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church in Randolph; under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home – Randolph
