Timothy Lee Hausmann, age 53 of Carroll, passed away on Friday November 25, 2016 at the Providence Medical Center in Wayne. He was born January 10, 1963 at Yakima, Washington to the son of Julia Valdez, he was later adopted by William Joseph "Bill" and Joan (Hanen) Hausmann. Tim grew up on a farm near Bonesteel, South Dakota and graduate from Bonesteel High School in 1981. He traveled the United States building miniature golf courses for Pirates Cove Miniature Golf. He moved back to Bonesteel to help on the family farm.
On April 27, 1991 he married Carrie Koenig at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Bonesteel, SD. To this union four children were born. The family moved to Nebraska and currently is Hog Manager for Pig Cents West, near Carroll. He was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church in Randolph. Tim's hobbies include fishing and camping; teasing and joking around; playing cards; watching westerns; going to kids ballgames; He especially enjoyed spending time with the kids, family and friends.
Survivors include Tim's wife of 25 years, Carrie Hausmann of Carroll; their four children Erin Hausmann of Norman, OK; Alex Hausmann of Lincoln, NE; Dusti Hausmann of Lincoln, NE; Andy Hausmann of Carroll; 3 Brothers Jeff Hausmann of Bonsteel, SD; Robert and Shauna Bean of Seattle, WA; Nick Bean of Salem, OR; 1 Sister Elizabeth and Geoff McDonough of Salem, OR.
Preceding him in death is his biological mother, Julia and his parents Joan and Bill Hausmann.
