Peggy Jean Wright, 75, of Irvington, N.J., passed away peacefully on Monday, July 11, 2016, at Summit Ridge Nursing Home in West Orange, N.J.
Born in Wirtz, Va., Peggy was a resident of Irvington for several years. She was employed as a clerk with the Superior Courts of Essex in Newark, where she worked for many years before retiring.
Peggy was the loving sister of James, Warren, Wayne, and Coleman Wright; beloved godmother of Karen Pierce, and cherished friend of Harold Reavis. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
