Honorable Clarence Stephen Bennett, age 79, departed this life on July 8, 2016; beloved husband of Patricia "Pat" Bennett for 49 years; father of Courtney and Christopher (Melissa); son of the late Grant M. Bennett, Grace A. & Eugene E. Carr; son-in-law of Lozelle Deluz, PhD. and the late Anthony DeLuz.
