The Obituary
Lillian McDonald Anderson was born in Chester Pennsylvania on June 16, 1934 to the late William McDonald and Josephine Hussey.
She passed into eternal peace on Feb 18, 2016 at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital. Lillian was affectionately known as Ms. Lil was a lifelong resident of Chester and had recently moved to Collingdale. She attended Chester Public Schools.
She was previously employed at Bell Atlantic as a telephone operator and Flextron Industries where she retired at the age of 76.
Lillian was an avid Eagle Fan. She enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, reading, playing solitaire and watching the ID Channel. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Jess Anderson, and four children, Jerry, William, Carl and Carletta McDonald. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Lisa McDonald,(Donald), Emma Dale, Rochelle Jackson (Kevin), Tonisha McDonald (Stephen and son Leroy McDonald (Joan), one brother Carl Hussey, sisters Barbara Ward, Patricia Godfrey and Gloria Stokes, 13 grandchildren a host of great grandchildren, one great great grandchild other relatives and friends.
