Philip Francis Valenziano, 63 of Colts Neck, passed away on Saturday December 12th, 2015 with his family at his side.

Phil was born in Staten Island, New York, and grew up in Summit, New Jersey. He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed spending time at Memorial Field playing a number of sports. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1975.

Phil was the president of a New Jersey based manufacturing company for over three decades. He was an active member of his church, St. Mary's in Colts Neck, helping to organize annual fundraisers and other community activities. He enjoyed playing tennis, wiffle ball, golfing, and spending time with his family around the country.

What friends and family will remember most about him is his generosity and willingness to help anyone in need.

Phil was predeceased by his father Frank Valenziano, and oldest brother Carl. He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Maureen, and three children, Philip Jr, Caitlin, and Brian. He is further survived by his mother, Mae Valenziano, his siblings Frank Valenziano (Stephanie), Angela Ross (Scott), Mark Valenziano (Lori), Kate Valenziano, and scores of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, New Jersey on Thursday December 17th from 2-4pm and from 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday December 18th at 10:30am at Saint Mary's Parish, 1 Phalanx Road, in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Burial to follow at St. Gabriel's Cemetery in Marlboro.
