Funeral services for Kenneth L. Willoughby, 77, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Rev. Johnny Herriage and Mr. Marty Weesner officiating. Private graveside will follow at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point.

He passed away Wednesday afternoon, October 21, 2015 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas surrounded by his family.

Kenneth was born February 2, 1938, in Wills Point, the son of Ellis Willoughby and Mattie Myers Willoughby. He was raised in Wills Point and in 1956, he graduated from Wills Point High School. On July 5, 1957, he married Wynelle Furrh in Wills Point. Kenneth was formerly employed by Texas Aluminum in Rockwall, Westexco in Terrell and later retired from Bus Parts, Inc in Wills Point, where he was owner/operator. He lived in Wills Point his entire life except for ten years he lived in Terrell. Kenneth enjoyed woodworking, NASCAR racing and in his earlier years he did track racing. He loved his family very much and also loved his donkeys, Pat and Junior. Kenneth was a member of First Baptist Church in Wills Point, but has attended Hayden Baptist Church for many years.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Mattie Willoughby.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Wynelle Willoughby, of Wills Point; two sons, Kenneth Willoughby, Jr. and wife, Tammy, of Wills Point and Davy Willoughby & wife, Myriam, of Wylie; sister, Betty Strickland, of Terrell and two granddaughters, Tiffany Barker, of Wylie and Kacee Girdley, of Wylie.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, S.P.C.A. or charity of your choice.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
