Mark Vasquez Pajas of Greenfield passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015. He was born June 29, 1958 and was 56 years old. Mark was known to family and friends as "Moto."
Moto will forever be remembered for his wonderful stories he loved to tell, his many jokes and the way he made everyone laugh. He was the man you would see riding his bike through town waving at everyone he knew. He loved dogs; he especially loved his dog Negro, who he took with him everywhere until he passed away. Mark was a die hard Raider fan who loved music, especially oldies. Every morning he would go buy the morning paper. Mark deeply loved his family and was special to everyone who knew and loved him. He was a great man with a big heart who will be greatly missed and never forgotten. His memories will forever be treasured by his family and friends. Long Live Motown!
He is survived by the mother of his children, Rosemary Lopez; 4 children, Yvette Pajas (Ronnie Martinez) of Stockton, Janel Pajas of Salinas, Mark Pajas Jr. (Mirta Perea) of Greenfield, and Xavier Pajas of Greenfield; his 8 grandchildren; Anthony and Andrew Alonzo, Aiden Alcantara, Victoria, Benjamin, and Ethan Pajas, Jaylene and Jocelyn Martinez; brothers, Ezekiel Pajas and Timothy Pajas of Greenfield; sisters, Donna Pajas of Sacramento, Diana Ramirez of Merced, and Beatrice Pajas of Greenfield, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Rosemary Pajas; brothers, Paul, Samuel and Daniel Pajas.
Funeral arrangements are as follows: El Shaddai Church, 26 Elm Street, Greenfield, CA. Viewing will be Tuesday, January, 27th from 4-7p.m. Services will begin at 7:00p.m., Funeral January 28th at 10:00a.m., burial to follow at Greenfield Cemetery.
