NEER, Justina Marie, 49, of Wheeling, died Monday, July 15, 2013 at OVMC.
She was born July 18, 1963 in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late Harry and Sarah Smith Neer.
In addition to her parents, Justina was preceded in death by a sister Debbie Neer.
Surviving are 4 children; Justin Neer of Wheeling and 2 others, and a daughter Carlita Barr of Mason, WV, a sister; Loretta Neer of Wheeling, 3 brothers; Joseph and John Neer both of Cleveland, Michael Neer of Shadyside, OH, 4 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a very dear friend, Edward Druschel of Wheeling.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 17 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling, where services will be held on Thursday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Frank O'Kruta officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Northwood Health System.
