Harry Dullys was born on July 21, 1973 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of Ermancia Gerard Dullys and Joseph Dullys.
Harry graduated from Columbia High School in South Orange, New Jersey. He later earned an Associates Degree from Essex County College in Newark, New Jersey, then continued pre-med studies at Rutgers University also in Newark. Whilst studying at university, Harry also achieved his NSCA certification to be a personal trainer in the fitness industry.
Harry met his beautiful Australian bride, Donna McMullen in 2003 and they were married in a loving ceremony in front of friends and family in July 2004.
Harry was very enthusiastic about being fit and healthy and very interested in helping others achieve good health and well-being through exercise. Harry began his fitness career as a front desk manager at Motion Fitness Club in Millburn, New Jersey. After becoming a qualified trainer, Harry worked at Can Do Gymnasium in Short Hills, New Jersey. Since 2010 Harry enjoyed working with his clients and the other trainers at Reebok Sports Club in New York. He made many valued friends in the fitness industry.
Harry was a member of L'Eglise Baptiste de la Nouvelle Jerusalem in Irvington, New Jersey with his parents. He was a former member of Stronghold Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Music has been the central focus of Harry's life for many years. As a child, Harry studied the violin. Although he had no formal training, Harry had an outstanding singing voice and wrote his own music and lyrics. Over the last twenty years, Harry was the lead singer of several bands and at the time of his passing was the front man for the band "Fate Strikes Twice". Harry will be sadly missed by many friends in the New York music industry.
Harry Dullys departed this life on Sunday, August 26, 2012 in Danforth, Maine at the age of 39.
Harry will be forever remembered and loved by his wife, Donna Dullys; his parents, Ermancia and Joseph Dullys of Orange, NJ; his father-in-law, Colin McMullen and his wife, Lynn of Tasmania, Australia; two brothers-in-law, Brent and Steven McMullen in Australia and other relatives and countless close friends in Haiti, Australia and the United States.
