Joseph A. Pfeiffer, Jr., 42, of South Plainfield passed away at home on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Born on August 28, 1969 in Edison to Joseph A. Pfeiffer, Sr. and Eleanor F. (Mosakowski) Pfeiffer, he lived in Woodbridge before moving to South Plainfield in 1970.
Mr. Pfeiffer was a graduate of South Plainfield High School where he played the trumpet in the marching band. He also attended Middlesex County College and the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Joseph worked as an electrician and liked boating, hunting and skeet shooting.
Mr. Pfeiffer is survived by his loving parents, Joseph and Eleanor, his beloved brothers, Jason L. Pfeiffer and his wife Mary of Dunellen and Allan J. Pfeiffer and his wife Michele of Tinton Falls. He is also survived by his nephew, Everette James Pfeiffer and his two nieces, Madelynn Rose and Catherine Marie Pfeiffer.
