Joe was an amazing man who would always keep you smiling. Seeing him always with a coffee in hand and wouldn't share a drop with you would always give you a good laugh. Being your supervisor for the last two years has definitely brought me great joy and happiness.Being able to assist you over the period of time that we had I will always cherish the good times we shared day in and day out. God will continue to watch over and bless you. Even though we say good bye for now it's not forever. Rest In Peace Joe.

I worked at the ARC from 2002 to 2004 and took Joe to the ARC convention. We went in the hot tub and from that day on he sang Tiny Bubbles when he saw me. Once I took a man to the bathroom and Joe offered to do it instead. He was always upbeat and happy. He will be missed.
