Dear Mike,
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your father. My mother also sends her sympathies, as she knew both of your parents quite well through the Greek Cathedral. Dimi and I were glad to touch base with you not so long ago, and to meet Linda. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Fondly, Helen

John, I am sorry for your loss. Having lost my dad this year makes me realize, and share with you that there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of him. I know how close you were and I am sure that you were so special to him.

Your father stayed with us in Allentown before he went into the army and it was at that time that we got to know him. My parents were really fond of him. I remember Steve and Mary's wedding... what a wonderful couple...what a grand day. Unfortunately we didn't get to Aberdeen often so only saw your parents and you boys when you occasionally got to Bethlehem.
I wish we could be with you to celebrate his life. Steve will be missed by all .....
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Some people find a way into your heart and stay there forever. That was my Uncle Steve for me. His teasing laugh and twinkling eyes are embedded in my mind. His love for me and mine for him were unspoken yet understood by us both. He will forever be remembered and live in my heart.

Please accept my sincere sympathy for the loss of your father and pap-pou. He was a wonderful man with an enormous heart. He will be truely missed on this earth!

I can remember him walking with me when I was a young child
into the fields behind his house because I loved horses to pet them.

He always had a smile on him which made you feel wonderful!
