To the Family and Friends of Kellye, she wasn't my nurse while I was in High Risk awaiting my sons arrival, but her bright smile certainly did touch me! Enough so that I was so surprised and saddened to hear of her passing...I will pray for peace for everone that she knew and loved.

Kellye I will never forget how much you helped me with my computer issues on Women's Specialty. Once I left GHS, I continued to keep up with you on FB. So I had this crazy idea to start running and I downloaded the app runkeeper. Slow me would run 1-3 miles and when I look on FB and sweet Kellye would run 5 or more miles all the time. I remember reaching out to you about running and you were so encouraging. Last year at the Christmas party we really had a great time. I will so miss you, especially your smile and laughter. Everytime I run now I can smile and look up to heaven and think Kellye is running too!

Kellye has touched so many people's lives while she was here with us. Now she will forever be in our heart. We all could learn from Ms.Kellye Baker! She will be terribly missed!

Connie, Ray and Kerri, I had the pleasure of watching Kerri and Kellye grow into beautiful young women at Wren High School. We were a family in the Wren High School Marching Band. We all shared the joys and sorrows of the wins and losses of the band together as a family. Kellye was always happy and full of joy with many wonderful friends. The years passed and this Jan. I was privileged to have Kellye as my nurse when I had surgery. I was in a lot of pain and Kellye sat with me until the meds kicked in, we laughed,and talked about those good ole band days.We became friends on FB. My heart is broken for you all, but knowing she is in the very presence of God is a comfort. What a beautiful person she was and what a blessing she was to everyone she met. My prayers are with each off you. May God bless you with the peace that passes understanding.

On my first day working on SPOB I was told if I ever needed any computer help, "call Kellye". Friday's were always good days because Kellye was in charge. You were always smiling, and willing to help. I miss you asking "Keisha, you need me to do anything?" I sure missed you today at work Kellye. I pray for strength, courage, and peace for the family. I had the pleasure of knowing Kellye from nursing school and from working on the same floor as her. She had the biggest heart and I never remember her without a smile. I will be praying God gives her family and friends comfort in our loss of a wonderful young woman.

I am a better person, because Kellye touched my life. I got to see her beautiful smile often at work (at the hospital) and at church. I will miss her.

I have known Kellye for over 2 years while working at GHS. As everyone who met her noted, she had a beautiful, contagious personality and smile. While Kellye's soul is in heaven, a part of her will continue to live on in all of those who were blessed to have known or met her!
