I would like to send my deepest condolences to the entire French family. Otto and I been friends for over twenty something years and he will be miss by everyone who knew him. Otto was very intelligent and a funny man with jokes and a beautiful smile. He was a joy to talk to he was so kind to everyone. Otto gone so soon we all miss him. R.I.H my friend you're in the best of hand know.Your friends will see you on the other side. I don't see you at Double R store are at Tangy's house just don't feel the same not seeing you around anymore. All of our heart's are so heavy missing you my friend.
