I'm so sorry to hear about Ross. When we were growing up he was like my little brother. You're family meant the world to me. I've never met any nicer people in my lifetime. I love you all. My heart goes out to all of you. He was a good man with a big heart and a big smile. May God Bless you.

Ross was a big guy with a big heart and a big personality. I always felt Ross totally connected with the present moment... Ross had and still has a vitality of Spirit that inspired and continues to inspire those who know and love him. I will miss that authentic wit and spontaneous Character of a true raconteur. Rest in Peace my Friend! TJ

There are not enough words to compose on how saddened I was to hear today of Ross's passing. My condolences to his family and of course Elena and Rossi who I haven't seen since they were little coming into the Smith Barney Office in Red Bank with their mom. Ross had the biggest heart and was loved by all. He would take Michele his secretary and I out to lunch frequently and we used to get in trouble because we would either come back drunk or 2 hours late. What great times and he will always be in my prayers.

Ross, I was just emailing you. I needed your help. I am very ill and in tremendous pain. And if I survive this I am destined to live my remaining life in discrimination, disability, disfigurement, poverty, and pain. I have had to withdraw from school with two A's and a B. I am homeless.
Ross, It is with a great sense of loss as I write remembering our friendship and our past experiences together. Driving into the city to catch some of the wildest jazz artists of the time, Sun Ra, The Art Ensemble of Chicago, Charles Mingus, Miles Davis, and more. Those crazy days of our youth in Holy Park, the town with the biggest erection, the bridge over the tracks. I am filled with laughter and tears. Remember the turnpike rest stop? And the cops on Staten Island? I had one of those experiences at the social security office on monday. The [federal] guard said he had got a strong smell of... when I walked by, whatever. Ross, Peace and love.

I grew up two houses from Ross & we were the best of friends...His family and my family were the dearest of friends. They are all always in my stories to my children of the great neighborhood I was blessed to grow up in. My heart goes out to his children & dear brother & sisters & grandchildren. Ross was the kindest, sweetest person in this world. I am blessed to have grown up with him & loved him like a younger brother. I was blessed to see him recently at a high school reunion & share some laughs & memories with him. I truly loved Ross & am so saddened by his passing & my heart is breaking for his children & family. Please find some comfort in knowing that he is with his wonderful parents Nunzi & Angie looking down watching over you all now. May God bless you & help heal your pain. My prayers are with you all. I will always remember Ross for his stories, his thoughtfulness, his love for life and the people he shared it with. He was the first one to run out and get the birthday cake; if it was someone in our "clans" bday and the first to cook up a large tin of rigatoni for 4th of July fireworks. I will never forget the beautiful, hand made, embroidered table clothes he brought us all back from his last trip to Italy- He was a gentleman and I can smile knowing that he is sharing his tales and drinking his wine in a better place, with many of his friends and family. God's speed, my Friend.....Your kindness and passion for life will always be with me. Anna xo

I worked with Ross when I was at Oppenheimer. He always made me laugh. He would also bring in Luca for visits and tell us about the dog's daily escapades.....he will be missed and his family is in my prayers...he was taken way too soon and must be wanted in heaven to do great things. Your memory will live on....
