I send my deepest sympathy to all of the family on the death of your mother. I am the daughter of Jocum Christiansen, cousin of your late father. I believe I met your mother when I was a child. My parents spoke of your parents often. You are all in our thoughts at this sad time.

She was my mother's life-long friend. What a classy and smart woman she was.

I had the pleasure to meet Norma when Jaya and I were both attending Rutgers. She opened her heart and her house to me as I lived there for about 2 months during a college transition. She tolerated the creative messes Jaya and I would make while cooking, or doing some extravagent art project together. Norma was always very sweet to me!

I remember the great times growing up while visiting aunt Norma and our cousins Judy, Pam, and Taylor. My mom and dad (Norma's brother) had me and my brother and sister almost exactly the year and month that Judy, Pam, and Taylor were born. We are all very close.
