Dear Libby Family,
I am so saddened to learn of Arthur's passing. Most of my great middle school and high school memories have Arthur in them. I am so grateful that I had the blessing to know him and am sure you, his family, must have incredible memories of a great husband, father, grandfather, and son. My prayers are with you all.

So many memories, so much talent, such great music, so many heart felt talks, and so much sorrow that too much time had passed since I saw you last. A great friend who watched over me like a brother. I have and will continue to miss you Libby as you rest now in God's hands.

I have not seen or spoken to Arthur in 25 years. I regret that deeply. He was a great friend in those days and I should have kept him close. My loss...

To Sue and Jay's family,

My prayers go out to you. It is with sadness I write this but know how long he had to fight the battle. I truly believe he is now in heaven with the angels.

I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to the Libby family. I've known Arthur from FHS band, class of 1984.

May he rest in peace and make beautiful music with the angels and his family and friends have comfort in knowing he is in God's loving hands.

Rest peacefully my friend.

Even though I haven’t seen Arthur for many years, the news of his passing saddens me. He was a good friend and talented musician, and my memories of junior high and high school wouldn’t be complete without him.

Arthur's passing saddens me greatly. Though I haven't seen him for several years, I often remembered with fondness, his love of music, his desire to excel, and his smile. I'm sure that the people he touched have a special place in their heart for Art. R.I.P. my friend.

Next to my brother Laurie and Bill Williams, Arthur was a huge inspiration and influence on me during our formative musical years.I have so many great memories playing in bands( school and rock)For any one that was there, here are just a few: "The Sounds Of Silence" and "As Tears Go By"Playing the 9th grade Prom and 10th grade dance. Our band Toraj( we thought it sounded cool- we were teens!:) playing Civic Days. Jazz band trip to Vermont.... All your cool songs you wrote, arranged, and notated!!! Graduation( wrote that song too!) Beach week, commuting together going to U Lowell( I only lasted a year- you were the smart one who stuck it out!) I could go on and on.... so glad we got to reconnect a few years ago at the Ale House and even sang a couple tunes together:) Give a big hug to Uncle D when you arrive at your journey-miss you and love you, Scott."All I hear is the sound, of rain falling on the ground, I sit and watch, as tears go by"...

I am so sad to hear of Arthur's passing. It's been many many years since I've seen him, but I will always remember him making junior high a pleasant place to be, as he filled the halls and cafeteria with his music and a smile. RIP Arthur!

I remember the class song he wrote for FHS 83 graduation. Arthur was a fine musician and funny! Gone too soon.

I met Arthur while in High School when he dated my sister Karen. I asked him and his friend Scott Babineau to play at my wedding and they sang and played the song "Bless the Beast and the Children"! He was a GREAT musician and a great person! I will always have fond memories of our campout at McTaggards Pond! RIP my friend!

Jay always was, and will continue to be, a beautiful soul. Whether he was DJing, writing and playing music, or just being a great friend to all he met, he never did anything half-assed. Not only did he put 150% into everything he did, he also put his heart and soul, as well. I'm miss you, Brother! But as lonesome as we are, left here in your absence, I'm sure that somewhere up in Heaven, you're throwing the largest party, the likes of which that God and all the angels and saints have never seen. I love and miss you, Jay. God Bless!

I am going to miss our talks and debates about music. I am going to miss the debates about the best B movies and strange movies. I am going to miss my "guys" teammate who regurlarly battled the "girls" in pitch. I am going to miss trying to help record the next song of yours. But more than any of that I am going to miss you being there as a friend. "Energy can not be created or destroyed so we don't simply end when we pass away, because we are made of energy."
