Grandmom, I can't even begin to tell you how much I miss you. My heart aches & tears flow continuously. Just to have one more hug, hear your voice again, be in your presence would mean more than anything. Just know that I love you and miss you and my life just hasn't been the same.

The Loss of a love one is never easy. In fact the pain, the grief, and the feelings helplessness can seem unbearable. The Bible calls death an enemy and none of us can outrun it or fight it off. But God is far more powerful than death. He is the loving Rescuer who has already shown that he can defeat this enemy when he raised his son Jesus Christ from death. And he promises to destroy this enemy, death forever. 1Corinthians 15:26 states: "As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing." May your family find comfort in this promise.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. May God be with you in your time of sorry. Mother Satterfield was one kind lady. I will never forget when we first moved up here and started attending Miracle Temple how she was one of the first to embrace us with her "genuine" kindness & love. She would baby-sit our daughter, which she rarely did with other children unless her granny's, on off school days. She was a compassionate, loving, devoted, mother, granny, aunt, cosin and friend to many. May her loving spirit live on in the lives she touched.

To Rodney,Kim & Family, There is nothing that I can say to make you feel okay, but I will say that you are all in my prayers. I know that this is a very difficult time but we all know that God makes no mistakes in who he calls home.An angel was needed so your mother was called, he reached out his hand and your mother took hold and said to you all it was her time to go, she knows you loved her but he loved her more. I am so sorry to hear of Ms.Naomi's passing. She was a very gentle, kind & loving person. I remember her from my childhood days on Lamotte Street when she and the family would be there visiting her mother (Ms.Margaret). She always wore a smile and had a very warm and loving spirit.
Just know that GOD makes no mistakes for "Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not heal".
