I am still in so much shock and absolutely devastated. Nick was a brother to me in high school. I had so many classes with him and he would always come with a smile. I am so thankful l got close to him and can cherish the pictures and moments I've spent with him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I've seen a lot of insanely good times with Nick over the years. I have regarded him as a brother for years and always will. Your spirit lives on with me always brother. My deepest condolences to the family and all who had the fortune of knowing him, he was too good a person.

I had the great luck of having Nick in my classes during the last two semesters. He was one of the most talented and hard working students I’ve had in recent years. In class, Nick would surprise everyone with his interesting questions and sense of humor. At the same time, he was always genuinely humble and sweet. Nick will definitely be missed by many of us at Suffolk County Community College.

I am a 60 year old member of Gold's Gym. I've only known Nick for the short time he worked there, yet will miss him dearly. I always looked forward to conversing with him about astronomy, theoretical physics, and numerous other obscure topics. He was an intelligent, polite, engaging, unassuming, well mannered person- a cut above his contemporaries. I extend my most heartfelt condolences to his family.
