Jane,
So sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I have fond memories of the both of you from our school days. As I recall, Ed and I developed some closeness sharing some technical-type ideas and thoughts toward the end of our school time together.....Ed had an inquiring and interesting mind....but as with most of our school mates, as our lives evolved after SHS, that disappeared. Whenever I have had the occasion to think of how you and Ed eventually ended up together, it makes me smile.....one of those good-ending things. But, on this occasion, it is one of sorrow. You have my deepest sympathy.
