I just found out about Diana's passing and wanted to reach out to her family and let you know what an honor it was being her Friend. We met at Texas Oncology in Mesquite during radiation treatments and kept in touch via email....the last time we emailed in July she told me her condition had worsened and it was just a matter of time, but from the moment I met her I could feel she was at peace with the situation and that HIS arms were around her already. I too am fighting Tripple Negative Breast Cancer and knowing Diana has left a huge impact on my life. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

I remember watching Diana walk down the aisle on her wedding day and the radiance she displayed literally lighted the chapel. This radiance and her beauty were only over shadowed by the warmth in her heart and her caring personality.

To Kirk, Devin, Erik and all who knew and Loved Diana remember;

If your eyes don't have tears, your heart can't have rainbows,
so let your eyes prepare your heart for is sure to come.

Diana was an angel while she was here. I am so grateful to have known her. When Erin was in my fourth grade class, her beautiful mom was one of those parents that you wish every child could have, full of love and always blessing others. I will miss Diana. Her sweet spirit will always be a part of all of you and so many others who she touched with her kindness.

Where does someone being to describe such a wonderful person. Diana was one of those few individual that with a simple smile would change your entire day. As a librarian, I am sure she could change her facial expression to give the students the “eye” when needed. Even though Diana has left this earthly world the “work” she did will remain. Diana touched countless lives in such a positive way. She helped open the door to so many students. She was an encourager to all, even during the cancer she was an inspiration to many. I know that Diana loved her family but most of all Diana loved the Lord. Heavenly Father, it is my prayer that you hold in your loving arms the family of Diana King; give them the strength, love, and comfort to see them thru this difficult time. Amen.

To Diana King's Family,
My prayers and thoughts are with you at the loss of such a beautiful lady. Diana was beautiful on the outside, but her true beauty came from the inside. She was one the the kindest and sweetest persons I have ever known. She always had a warm smile on her face for everyone she saw. I never saw her without a huge smile, even after cancer consumed her body. Her courage and strength simply amazed me. Whenever I talked to her, it wasn't long until the conversation turned to her husband and three children. She loved all of you dearly. Diana was one who after you met her it wasn't long until you felt like you had known her all of your life. I know you have suffered a tremendous loss, but Wills Point ISD and the entire Wills Point community has also suffered the loss of a fine lady. May God and your wonderful memories comfort you at this time. God Bless all of you.
