Jean A. (Bono) Borden, of Norristown, passed away on December 24, 2018, at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. She was 73 years old. Born in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Augustus and Josephine (Cottone) Bono and beloved wife of Alfred B. Borden.
Jean worked as a hairdresser with her sister, Joanne, and later worked for Plymouth Whitemarsh School District. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Augustus Bono (Robyn), of Schwenksville; two grandchildren, Matthew Bono and Alyssa Bono; two sisters, Elizabeth A. Bono, of Plymouth Meeting, and Joanne Caracappa (Gus), of East Norriton; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Charlotte (Bono) Termine; and two brothers, Stephen G. Bono and Anthony J. Bono.
