Antonetta F. “Etta” (Rocatelli) Soccio, age 96, of Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Kent County Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Vincent Soccio.
Born in Providence, the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Maria Rocatelli, she lived in Warwick for the last 20 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Marie R. Nelson and her husband Dana, of Warwick; two grandchildren, Brian Nelson and his wife Jeannie, and Sheri Leach and her husband Gregg; and two great-grandchildren, Scarlett and Daisy Leach. She was the sister of the late John Rocatelli.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 26, at 10 a.m. in St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are omitted. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Franciscan Mission Associates, 274-280 West Lincoln Avenue, P.O. Box 598, Mount Vernon, NY 10551.
