April 1, 2017, beloved husband of 68 years to Betty (nee Abraham) Devlin; devoted father of William G. Devlin, Hon. Diane Y. (Phil Alagna) Devlin and Gregory E. Devlin; loving grandfather of Bradley, William "Nathan", Steven, Katherine, Kayla, Aja, Kellen, Arianna and Christopher Devlin; dear brother of Loretta (Nicholas) DeLuca and the late Jean (Clifford) Taylor, Marylou (Gerald) Severance, Louis (Mona) Devlin; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service which will be held on Saturday, May 6th, 10:30 AM at Grove Street Christian Church, 85 Grove St., Tonawanda.
