SAUNDRA EARLE CHRISTIANA
Saundra Earle Christiana was born May 31, 1941 in Richmond, Va. the daughter of Earle and Helen (Harding) Hoy. She passed away on Monday, September 5, 2016 at Vista Grande Inn Nursing Home at the age of 75.
Saundra enjoyed crocheting and reading. She especially liked to dance, ballet and jazz were among her favorite. Saundra loved life and she lived life to the fullest, enjoying every moment. She was an incredibly smart, and beautiful mother that was able to raise five children all by herself.
Surviving Saundra are her children, Jack Christiana of Lafayette, Ind., James Christiana of Eunice, N.M., Laurie Amburn and husband, Troy of Amelia, Va., and Kimberly Christiana of Flora Vista, N.M.; her grandchildren, Candice Welch and Daniel Welch; and by her sister, Sharon Atkinson of North Carolina. Saundra was preceded in death by her parents; and by her son, Richard Christiana.
