Walter R. Howlett ( Buzz) died Wednesday, August 24 at Brightview Assisted Living. He was 90.
Born in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late George and Mattie (Stine) Howlett.
Mr. Howlett retired after 38 years from Aberdeen Proving Ground and was a member of Grove Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his sister Margaret Jacobs, her husband Rudy Jacobs, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 29 at 11:00am at Grove Presbyterian Cemetery.
