Robert L. "Bob" Brown, 79 of London passed away May 28, 2016 at Bluebird Retirement Village. Born in Madison Co. March 11, 1937 to Weldon "Brownie" and Viola Brown. Bob was a farmer who loved working ground, baling hay, and most of all working with his livestock. He was a past advisor of Madison Busy Farmers 4-H Club, where he so enjoyed working with all the kids. He drove a truck for Madison Seed Co., and later retired from Forrest Trucking. He was a member of the Farm Bureau, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #950, and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Survived by daughter and son in law Betsy and Kevin Ames of London; son and daughter in law Chris and Jammie Brown of W. Jefferson; granddaughters Courtney, Abby and Brooke; sister and brother in law Mary Lee and John Kile; sisters in law and brothers in law Vickie and Dick Johnston, Gary and Jane Hayman; nieces Lydia Keller, Lauren Peeso, Mary Rich, Maggie Walker, Jenny Buzek; nephews Bob Kile and Clint Hayman. Preceded by parents, wife Rose Ann and sister Margaret Ann Langen.
