ANNETTE LEE VENEGAS
Annette Lee Venegas was born April 2, 1966 in Winslow, Ariz. the daughter of Floyd Talker Sr. and Mary (Sombrero) Talker. She passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016 at her Cortez residence at the age of 50.
On June 11, 1983, Annette married Robert N. Venegas Sr. in Cortez. She attended cosmetology school in 1984 and went on to pursue a career in cosmetology. Annette enjoyed taking part in any kind of activity that allowed her crafty side to shine through.
Surviving Annette are her husband of 32 years, Robert Venegas Sr. of Cortez; her mother Mary Talker of Inscription House, Ariz. and her children, Robert Venegas Jr. of Cortez, Revellee McNeill (Michael) of Martinez, Ga., and Rion Venegas (Alyssa) of Sioux Falls, S.D. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Ciaran McNeill, Leilani Venegas, Nizhoni McNeill and Violette Venegas; and her siblings, Sally Frazier (Herb) Shiprock, N.M., Anita Whaley (Oliver) Kayenta, Ariz., Linda Wilson (Lawrence Begay)of Kayenta, Ariz., Sarah Sypherd (Eric) of Corona, Calif., Harry Talker (Dixie) of Lecher, Ariz., Floyd Talker Jr. of Inscription House, Ariz., Frank Talker of Window Rock, Ariz., Allen Talker (Brenda) of Inscription House, Ariz., and Fred Talker (Bessie) of Red Mesa, Ariz. Annette was preceded in death by her father.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
