Junior Lee Bowen was born February 24, 1932 in Wardville, Oklahoma to Bennett & Elizabeth Bowen and left this earth to walk with God, June 18, 2015 in Hutchins, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ernest Bowen; sisters: Loretta Powell, Mildred Moore and Eunice Kathleen Kemp. Lee is survived by loving wife of 59 years, Barbara Bowen; sister, Ruth Pieschl; brothers: George Bowen, Lawrence Bowen and Bill Bowen. Lee loved spending time with his family and friends, fishing on beautiful days, playing his favorite game of golf or eating the best pecans Texas had to offer. Lee will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. Visitation will be Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Funeral Service will be Monday, June 22, 2015 10:00 am at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home Chapel.
